The power of AIGalaxy™ is the ability to customize medical records for your practice and staff, AND have those records perform multiple other functions seamlessly. The use of integrated macros has increased profits in the average practice by 30%! Time limits the ability to create macros to address your needs. We offer 2 options to assist you. We can develop macros for you with our macro development services OR, for those do-it-yourself type, we can teach you how to write macros to give you the full functionality of AIGalaxy™.

We have offered this training in the past. Based on recent client requests, our clients are interested in learning to create their own macros. Our mission is to provide exceptional services to save time and money and increase profits by eliminating missed charges. AIGalaxy™ macros are essential to this mission.

Advanced Macro Training is more than creating client instructions and free-type records. Our professional, experienced trainers teach the creation of macros designed to link all aspects of AIGalaxy™, from creating an estimate or invoice to creating Rx labels and communications, and closing out a client, all done while creating premier medical records. We provide the knowledge to create powerful, complete records and decrease time entering records. In addition to the creation of macros, we will teach you effective methods of creation and organization in order to reduce administration time and the user learning curve. The use of advanced macros will revolutionize your practice!

A typical training day is from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch and intermittent breaks throughout the day. Once your group is registered for a particular course, we will send you an Agenda and a Welcome Packet to help you make travel plans to our headquarters in Port Orchard, WA.

Our training center can hold up to 40-50 people per training. We understand that coming to our location may not always be practical or economical. We also offer both regional and on-site training to ensure your staff receive the training they need to maximize ROI in AI™.
