NOTE:  In most case you will need to:

1.  Have all user exit out of all AI applications and verify that no users are access the database. 

2.  You will need to be logged into the server as the Administrator

3.  You will need to stop the ADS service.

4.  You will need to run the ADS uninstall utility, then go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall ADS to complete the removal.

Check with AIS, Inc.  Client service for specific instructions relating to your current installation and how to transition to the new ADS installation/update.

  CAUTION:  Ensure you have the serial number and validation codes for the correct version and type that you are planning to install.  Each validation code is specific to the version, location (domestic/international), and operating system.  For Novell Netware users there are two separate NLM files in each version of ADS.  verify the correct NLM for the correct version of Netware.

For ADS version 6.2, click the 'Download Now' button and save the file to your desktop, then double click the file, and it will start the InstallShield.
