Scanning Images into AI Medical Records  .....
BRIEF:  This documentation is intended as clarification for AI users.
AI provides the mechanism for utilizing a scanner to scan images directly into the medical record from the Operations Center. 
Be aware that there are a multitude of scanner programs. Each program has proprietary attributes that may or may not be compatible with the image importation/scanning function of the AI medical record imaging solutions.
 

Image Manipulation within AI  .....
BRIEF:  This documentation is intended as clarification for AI users.
AI provides an Image Viewer window within the Records section of the Operations Center. This window allows for the manipulation, importation, scanning, and saving of graphic and textual images within the patient’s medical record. 
The Image Viewer provides the capability to call up previous images saved to the record, using a drop down box in the main Image Viewer screen. This screen also has functional icons that allow for Copying, Pasting, and Archiving images into the record. 
A “Drawing On” utility is also included, with a choice of colors available, for drawing freehand lines or geometric objects, as well as user-defined image and object manipulations, into an active image in the window.
The Image Viewer utilizes a Toolbar applet that includes some of the more common image manipulation functions found in most image programs.
